Operations Specialist 1 – 3323 – LANL – Los Alamos, NM

SUMMARY:
PIT INFRA is requesting one Operations Support Specialist 1 to provide operational support for a new project and help ensure required activities and deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Laboratory policies.
The position will support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with procedure revisions, process improvements, issues tracking, and corrective actions.
Dedicated operational support will help maintain consistent documentation, timely follow-through, and clear communication while allowing technical staff and management to focus on their primary project responsibilities.
This position will support PIT INFRA’s project objectives while maintaining safety, security, quality, and accountability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Education:
Highschool Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
